Dear Jamestown Parents, Students, and Patrons,

As of 8:00 AM this morning, 78 students and 9 district employees are under quarantine by Moniteau County Health Department. We also have been informed of two district employees who are quarantined in another county. The cases of COVID-19 related issues in our district are similar to what many other districts are experiencing.

The decision has been made to continue with virtual instruction through Tuesday, November 24. Thanksgiving Break is scheduled for November 25 - 27. We hope this extended time will provide the opportunity for both staff and students to return to in-seat instruction on November 30, 2020. Scheduled Google Meets will continue as outlined in the Virtual Learning Plan. If your student needs to pick up textbooks or other materials, you may contact the school. Meal delivery will continue throughout the closure. If you would like your child/children to be added to the meal delivery route, please email Mr. Watson at watsonj@jamestown.k12.mo.us.

Although we were not able to honor our Veterans in person today, we still would like to say “Thank You” to all the men, women, and their families who have served or are currently serving in the military.  Without your service, our schools, communities, states, and great Nation would not exist.

Thank you for your continued support of Jamestown C-1 School District.
