Reminder:  

Parents of incoming 8th and 12th graders should have received a letter a few weeks ago concerning immunizations for the upcoming school year:

All 2023-2024 8th grade students are required by the State of MO to have 1 doseof each Tdap and MenACWY (MCV4) vaccines administered after their 11th birthday.

All 2023-2024 12th grade students are required by the State of Missouri to have 2 doses of MenACWY (MCV4) with the last dose administered on or after their 16th birthday.

*If your child has received the required vaccine(s), please make sure to turn in an updated vaccination record to the school nurse. You may email these to morsel@jamestown.k12.mo.us or fax them to 660-849-2600. 

*If you choose for your child to not receive the immunization(s), a religious or medical exemption card must be signed and on file at the school.

These may be obtained at: health.mo.gov/living/wellness/immunizations/schoolrequirements.php.

Parents of any incoming Kindergarten students that are new or that did not make it to the enrollment day may also submit immunization to my email: morsel@jamestown.k12.mo.us or fax them to 660-849-2600.
